The objective was to build elli·per·elli from the ground up and create a distinctive premium brand within the natural foot care market. From brand strategy and visual identity to digital experiences, packaging, content creation, and marketing assets, the goal was to establish a cohesive brand ecosystem that feels trustworthy, modern, and memorable across every customer touchpoint.
Beyond creating a recognizable identity, the project aimed to position elli·per·elli as a lifestyle-driven brand that combines expertise, sustainability, and premium care in a highly competitive market.

As a newly founded startup, elli·per·elli required a complete brand ecosystem to be developed from scratch. The challenge was not only to create a compelling visual identity but also to ensure consistency across a wide range of digital and physical touchpoints, from the website and social media to packaging, print materials, and launch communication.
Working closely with the founders and a small cross-functional team, I was responsible for leading the creative direction and translating the brand vision into a scalable and cohesive experience. Balancing strategic thinking, brand building, design execution, and launch readiness simultaneously required a holistic and highly adaptable approach.

The project started with defining the brand vision, positioning, target audience, and overall market presence together with the founders. Based on these strategic foundations, I developed the visual identity, creative direction, and design system that would shape the brand across all touchpoints.
From there, I translated the brand into a holistic ecosystem, including website design, Shopify implementation support, social media assets, content creation, packaging concepts, print materials, marketing collateral, and launch communication. Throughout the process, every element was designed to work together seamlessly and create a consistent, premium brand experience.
Working closely with the founders and the Shopify developer, I oversaw the creative development from concept to launch, ensuring that strategy, storytelling, design, and customer experience remained aligned across both digital and physical channels.
